The 14 April 2012 Businsess page of Global Good News posted the following:
"Maharishi first came to Ethiopia in 1973 with the goal of creating a peaceful and invincible Africa. He arrived in Addis Ababa, the capital of the country, to instruct a large course of people learning to become teachers of Transcendental Meditation."

There is so much more to the story. It took the dedication, the determination, the enthusiasm and the inspiring faith held by the Transcendental Meditation Center, Inc. and its teachers to organize and implement that auspicious course to have TMC mediators travel to Africa to be trained by Maharishi. We are commemorating this momentous achievement and celebrating the TMC Legacy.
